摘  要:本文通过对典型石油天然气工业用管材标准的起源及发展变化的分析,阐明了标准化运行规律及其与科技创新的关系。标准化是一个持续改进、不断优化的过程,在此过程中标准及标准化水平在不断提高,同时通过标准重复使用频数的增大而加速技术和经验的优化。标准化以科技进步为基础,科技创新推动了标准的发展;标准化与科技创新之间具有相互需要、相互促进、相互支撑、协同发展的互动关系。Based on the analysis of the origin and development of typical tubular goods standards for petroleum and natural gas industries, this paper expounds the development law of standardization and its relationship with scientific and technological innovation. Standardization is a process of continuous improvement and optimization. In this process,standards and the standardization level are constantly improving. At the same time, the optimization of technology and experience is accelerated through the increase of standard reuse frequency. Standardization is based on scientific and technological innovation, and scientific and technological innovation promotes the development of standards.Standardization and scientific and technological innovation have an interactive relationship of mutual needs, mutual promotion, mutual support and coordinated development.
