摘　　要：汽车行业作为我国国民经济支柱性产业,是交通部门的碳排放管理的重中之重,对于实现我国双碳目标发挥着重要的作用,《“十四五”推动高质量发展的国家标准体系建设规划》对汽车碳排放标准工作提出了新的要求。为推动我国汽车碳排放标准体系的建设,本文在深入分析国外碳排放标准体系发展历程的基础上,系统总结了欧美汽车碳排放标准的研制经验和作用成效,剖析了我国汽车碳排放标准化工作中的不足,为促进汽车行业碳达峰、碳中和相关标准体系的建设工作提供了指导和建议。As a pillar industry of China’s national economy, the automobile industry is the emphasis of the transportation sector’s carbon emission management in China. It plays an important role in achieving China’s carbon peak and neutrality goals. The “14th Five-Year Plan” to Build a National Standards System for Promoting High-quality Development, puts forward new requirements for the standardization of automobile carbon emissions. In order to promote the construction of China’s automobile carbon emission standards system, this paper analyzes the development process of of foreign carbon emission standard systems, systematically summarizes the development experience and effects of automobile carbon emission standards in EU and the U.S., and elaborates on the shortcomings of China’s automobile carbon emission standardization, which provides guidance and suggestions for promoting the construction of related standards systems for carbon peak and neutrality in the automotive industry.
