摘 要:科学评估中国粮食产后损失,识别粮食产后系统中的关键损失点是有效促进节粮减损的重要前提。立足于中国粮食产后流通实际,采用物质流测算方法设计中国粮食产后综合损失测算方法体系,利用省级粮食产后损失调查数据库,对我国粮食产后综合损失情况进行测算和分析。结果表明:中国粮食产后综合损失率为15.28%。粮食产后损失关键损失点主要在于:从品种特征来看,稻谷产后损失率最高;从模式特征来看,农村流通模式损失率高于城市流通模式;从区域特征来看,主要集中在中国长江流域以南地区;从环节特征来看,主要集中在收获、农户储粮和大米加工环节。Scientific assessment of post-harvest losses and identification of key loss points in the grain post-harvest system in China are the important prerequisites for effectively promoting grain saving and loss reduction.Based on the actual situation of China’s grain post-harvest circulation,the material flow measurement method was used to design the comprehensive post-harvest loss measurement system in China,and the provincial-level grain post-harvest loss survey database was used to measure and analyze the comprehensive post-harvest loss of grain in China.The results show that the comprehensive post-harvest loss rate of grain in China was 15.28%.The key points of post-harvest loss of grain in China are:From the perspective of variety characteristics,the post-harvest loss rate of rice was the highest;from the perspective of circulation pattern characteristics,the loss rate in rural circulation mode was higher than that in urban circulation mode;from the perspective of regional characteristics,the high post-harvest loss regions were mainly concentrated in the south of the Yangtze River Basin in China;from the perspective of stages characteristics,it is mainly occurred in harvesting,farmers’grain storage and rice processing stages.
