摘 要:装配式预应力混凝土框架结构体系适用于大柱网重荷载建筑,其边框架梁受扭是不可忽视的受力状态,因此对梁柱压接接缝扭转受力机理和承载性能进行研究很有必要。本文设计制作了15个装配式梁柱压接试件,并对其进行静力纯扭转试验,试验中观察了试件的破坏现象、记录了扭矩-扭转角关系及相关特征点。结合试验现象及对试验结果进行分析表明:预加力可显著提升接缝的受扭承载力和延性,受扭承载力和延性与预压应力呈正相关关系;预应力筋的销栓作用可提高接缝的受扭承载力和延性;结合面凿毛处理,接缝材料掺入适量聚丙烯纤维均有利于提高受扭性能。Precast prestressed concrete frame structure is suitable for large column-grid and heavy-load buildings. The torsion of the boundary beam is a load condition that cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to study the torsion resistance mechanism and load bearing performance of beam-column compression joints.In this paper, fifteen specimens subjected to monotonic torsion were conducted. In the test, the failure phenomenon of the specimens was observed, and the torque-torsion angle relationship and related characteristic points were recorded.Combining the experimental phenomena and the analysis of the results, it was shown that the pressure could significantly improve the torsion resistance and the ductility of joints. The torsion capacity and the ductility could increase with increased pressure. The dowel action of the prestressed tendons could enhance the torsion capacity and the ductility. The chiseled interface and joint material mixed with proper amount of the polypropylene fiber could increase the torsion behavior of the joints.
