摘 要:为研究新型FRP增强水泥砂浆薄板加固RC梁的抗弯性能,对RC梁试件开展抗弯性能试验,分析了FRP/CMP对RC梁抗弯破坏机理,研究了不同锚栓布置方式及FRP网格骨架配筋率对试件极限荷载、抗弯刚度的影响,并进行了抗弯承载力计算。研究结果表明:FRP/CMP加固RC梁抗弯极限荷载提升17%以上,刚度提升30%以上;FRP/CMP与RC梁界面性能影响抗弯加固效果,界面结合性能越好,抗弯加固效果越显著;FRP网格骨架与水泥基材料的界面结合性能影响增强材料的利用率;本文提出的抗弯承载力公式适用于FRP/CMP加固RC梁承载力计算。To investigate the flexural capacity of reinforced concrete(RC), RC beams strengthened with a new type of FRP reinforced cement mortar plate(FRP/CMP) are tested. The failure mechanisms of RC beams strengthened with FRP/CMP are analyzed. Influence of different anchor bolt arrangements and FRP grid reinforcement ratios are emphasized on ultimate load and bending stiffness of specimens. Equations are adopted to calculate the bearing capacity of RC beams strengthened with FRP/CMP. The result shows that: the ultimate bending load and stiffness of RC beams strengthened with FRP/CMP were increase by more than 17% and 30% respectively. The reinforcement effect of RC beams largely depends on interface performance between FRP/CMP and RC beams. Furthermore, the interface bonding performance between FRP grid framework and cement affects the utilization of reinforced materials. Equations are applicable to the calculation of bearing capacity of RC beams strengthened with FRP/CMP.
