摘　　要：术中出血是腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中转开放手术最主要原因之一,其具有观察和暴露困难、处理困难、技术学习曲线长等特点。熟知腹腔镜手术中出血特点、明晰血管解剖、分类分场景处理出血、做好团队和技术储备,才能安全防范和处理出血,顺利完成手术。Intraoperative bleeding is one of the main reasons for conversion to laparotomy in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,which is characterized by difficulty in observation and exposure,difficulty in disposal,and a long technical learning curve.It is suggested that only by knowing well the characteristics of endoscopic hemorrhage,distinguishing vascular anatomy,classifying and treating hemorrhage in different scenarios,and making a good team and technical reserve,can the operation be successfully completed.
