摘  要:针对电力液压推杆制动器、传统盘式制动器在永磁电动滚筒应用中出现的问题,设计了一种永磁电动滚筒用制动器,介绍了制动力矩的设计计算,通过ANSYS分析了永磁电动滚筒用制动器的变形和应力,验证了永磁电动滚筒用制动器的可行性,并分析了在此结构下力的损失,为后续的改进提供了理论依据。Aiming at the problems existing in the application of electro-hydraulic push rod brake and traditional disc brake in permanent magnet electric drum, a brake for permanent magnet electric drum was designed, the design and calculation of braking torque was introduced, the deformation and stress of brake for permanent magnet electric drum were analyzed by ANSYS, and the feasibility of brake for permanent magnet electric drum was verified. The loss of force under this structure was analyzed, which provides theoretical basis for subsequent improvement.
