摘 要:为研究不同厚度含夹矸煤层对采煤机螺旋滚筒截割性能的影响,基于滚筒截齿截割受力理论和离散元理论,得到了滚筒截割性能指标随不同厚度含夹矸煤层的变化规律。采用三维建模软件SolidWorks绘制滚筒模型,利用SolidWorks与EDEM接口技术建立滚筒与含夹矸煤层耦合模型并进行模拟截割仿真。根据仿真结果,采用单因素实验法以夹矸坚固性系数为变量对各工况下滚筒截割特性进行分析,比较不同夹矸结构下的采煤机滚筒截割性能的优劣,最终得出随着夹矸煤层厚度增加,滚筒截割性能降低。为螺旋滚筒在不同夹矸煤层条件下结构参数和运动学参数的优选提供了数据支撑。In order to study the influence of different thicknesses coal seams with gangue on the cutting performance of shearer spiral drum, based on the cutting force theory of the drum pick and the discrete element theory, the change law of the cutting performance index of the drum with different thicknesses coal seam with gangue were obtained. Used the 3D modeling software SolidWorks to draw the drum model, used the SolidWorks and EDEM interface technology to establish the drum and the coal seam with gangue coupling model and simulated cutting simulation. According to the simulation results, the single-factor experiment method was used to analyze the cutting characteristics of the drum under various working conditions with the gangue firmness coefficient as the variable, and the advantages and disadvantages of the cutting performance of the shearer drum under different gangue structures were compared, the final conclusion is that as the thickness of the coal seam with gangue increases, the cutting performance of the drum decreases. It provides data support for the optimization of the structural parameters and kinematic parameters of the spiral drum under different coal seam with gangue.
