摘　　要：综采设备的机械化安装是实现煤矿自动化、智能化、程序化开采的重要技术指标之一。相较于传统设备安装方式,机械化安装不仅能减少劳动量、提高安装效率,而且安全性更高,减少安装过程的设备损坏和人员伤亡。为了提高综采工作面机械设备的安装效率,对综采设备安装的准备工作进行分析,制定了安全合理的安装作业顺序和方式。针对特定的矿井环境,制定科学合理、安全、高效的安装方案,以提高综采设备安装质量及效率。The mechanized installation of fully mechanized mining equipment is one of the important technical indicators to realize the automation, intelligence and procedural mining of coal mining.Compared with the traditional equipment installation methods, mechanized installation can not only use less labor, improves the installation efficiency, but also has higher safety, reduces the equipment damage and casualties in the installation process. In order to improve the installation efficiency of machinery equipment of fully mechanized mining face, analyzed the preparation of fully mechanized mining equipment installation, and formulated the reasonable installation sequence and methods. Aiming at the specific mine environment, a scientific, reasonable, safe and efficient installation plan was formulated to improve the installation quality and efficiency of the fully mechanized mining equipment.
