摘 要:玻璃的围护结构导热系数大,易造成大量热损失。为研究不同种类玻璃窗对严寒地区建筑的影响,建立了玻璃窗耦合传热模型。分别对比以相变材料、空气以及二氧化硅气凝胶作为中间层的玻璃窗动态热调节性能,得到三者内表面温度、热流密度、透射量以及吸收量随时间变化的规律,同时分析不同气凝胶厚度对玻璃窗热性能的影响。结果表明,与中空玻璃窗以及相变玻璃窗相比,二氧化硅气凝胶玻璃窗具有更好的保温隔热作用;增大气凝胶填充厚度可使玻璃窗内表面温度变高、总传热量降低。而与中空玻璃窗以及二氧化硅气凝胶玻璃窗相比,相变玻璃窗内表面峰值温度时刻有较明显延迟现象,可有效提高玻璃窗蓄热性能。Glass envelope has a large thermal conductivity,which causes a lot of heat loss.In order to study the influence of different types of glass windows on building energy consumption in cold regions,a coupled heat transfer model of glass windows was established.The dynamic thermal regulation properties of glass windows with phase change materials,air and silica aerogels as interlayers were compared.The internal surface temperature,heat flux,transmission volume and absorption quantity of the three surfaces were changed with time.Meanwhile,the influence of different aerogel thickness on thermal properties of glass windows was analyzed.The results show that silica aerogel windows have better thermal insulation compared with glass windows filled with air and phase change materials.As the aerogel thickness increases,the inner surface temperature of glass window increases and the total heat transfer decreases.Compared with the glass windows filled with air and silica aerogels,the peak temperature of the inner surface of the phase change glass window has a more obvious delay phenomenon,which can effectively improve the heat storage performance of the glass window.
