摘　　要：随着建筑外墙外保温系统服役期的增加,外墙系统出现的空鼓、开裂和脱落等一系列问题引起了广泛的关注。针对既有建筑无机砂浆外墙外保温涂料饰面系统出现的空鼓、开裂及涂料脱落等问题进行分析,提出点面薄层原位修缮加固方案。这个方案无需或极少铲除保温层,几乎不改变原墙面的保温效果、建筑外观及尺寸,产生的施工垃圾少。由于修缮复合层使用寿命是一般涂料寿命的3~5倍,不锈钢固定销寿命理论上和主体结构同寿命,采用高抗拉强度、高抗渗的复合层与高抗拉承载力的固定销组成的加固系统,修缮部位安全可靠,使用寿命长。经过上海某工程实践表明,与传统的铲除修复工艺相比,该工艺具有保留原墙面、施工垃圾少、操作施工噪音低、修缮效果安全可靠等优点。With the increase of the service life of the exterior insulation system of the building,a series of problems such as hollow,cracking and peeling of the exterior wall system have caused widespread concern.For the hollow,cracking and coating off problems appearing on inorganic mortar exterior wall insulation coating finishing system in the existing building,we proposed a point-to-surface thin-layer in situ repair program.This technology does not need remove or rarely remove insulation layer,and will hardly change the thermal insulation effect,architectural appearance and size of the original wall,producing less construction waste.The service life of the repair composite layer is 3~5 times that of the general coating,and the service life of the stainless steel fixed pin is theoretically the same as that of the main structure.The reinforcement system composed of the high tensile strength and high impermeability composite layer and the fixed pin with high tensile bearing capacity,makes the repair part safe and reliable and has a long service life.
