摘　　要：随着地板辐射供暖技术的广泛应用,地板辐射供冷技术也得到许多学者和研究机构的关注。当前对于地板辐射供冷技术的研究主要停留在实验室阶段,针对实际住宅小区的实验及应用较少。近年来我国学者针对结露问题做了大量研究工作,但其理论研究工作多于实验研究,对于已经得到理论论证的方法还缺乏工程实际的验证。以山东地区某采用空气源热泵机组进行集中供热的住宅小区为研究对象,在夏季利用其室内的地埋管进行了集中地板辐射供冷实验,并通过热舒适性指标PMV分析方法等对实验结果及运行状况进行了分析研究,总结出地板供冷用户室内温度变化情况的一般规律,并对下一步实现住宅小区集中地板供冷的实现路径及控制策略优化提出建议。With the wide application of radiant floor heating technology,radiant floor cooling technology has also attracted the attention of many scholars and research institutions.The current research on radiant floor cooling technology mainly stays in the laboratory stage,and there are few experiments and applications for actual residential communities.In recent years,Chinese scholars have made a large number of research work for condensation issues,but their theoretical research has been more experimental research,and the method of obtaining theoretical demonstration is still lacking in actual engineering verification.A residential area in Shandong Province of China is researched because of its air source heat pump units for central heating.In summer,the indoor buried pipes are used to conduct a centralized floor radiation cooling experiment,and the experimental results and operating conditions are analyzed and studied.Summarizing the general law of the indoor temperature changes of floor cooling users,suggestions are proposed for the next step to realize path and control strategy optimization of centralized floor cooling in residential quarters.
