摘 要:城镇老旧小区既有住宅建筑因建造年代久远,外围护结构的材料与构造已无法满足居民对当前住房品质的需求,建筑制冷能耗和供暖能耗大,室内热环境恶劣。外墙和外窗的节能改造有助于建筑节能降耗和改善室内热环境。为探究外墙和外窗改造对城镇既有住宅建筑的节能效果,对长沙市城镇老旧小区典型住宅建筑进行实地调研和测绘,并运用BIM软件分别模拟计算外墙增加外保温层、外窗更换不同玻璃与窗框以及外墙+外窗组合改造后的节能效果,比较得出单项节能改造和组合节能改造的最优方案均为50 mm硬质聚氨酯泡沫板和塑料型材窗框+透明中空玻璃(6 mm中透光Low-E+12 mm空气+6 mm)。研究结果可为长沙市城镇老旧小区既有住宅建筑节能改造提供科学依据。The existing residential buildings in old urban areas have been built for a long time,and the materials and structure of the peripheral protective structure can no longer meet the needs of residents for the current housing quality.The building cooling and heating energy consumption is large,and the indoor thermal environment is poor.The energy-saving retrofitting of exterior walls and windows helps to save energy,reduce consumption and improve the indoor thermal environment.In order to explore the energy-saving effect of exterior wall and window transformation on urban existing residential buildings,field investigation and mapping were carried out on typical residential buildings in old urban communities in Changsha,and BIM software was used to simulate and calculate the energy-saving effect when the external wall adding external insulation layer,the external window replacing different glass and window frame,and the combination transformation of external wall and external window.It is concluded that the optimal schemes for single and combined energy saving transformation are 50 mm rigid polyurethane foam board and 6 mm medium light transmittance Low-E+12 mm air+6 mm transparent hollow glass with plastic profile window frame.The research results can provide a scientific basis for energy conservation retrofitting of existing residential buildings in old residential areas of Changsha city.
