摘　　要：“亚洲文化遗产保护行动”的提出,适应了时代的新形势,开拓了区域合作的新境界,为文化遗产的保护与可持续发展提供了新动力,是我国对于区域公共产品理论与实践的创造性贡献。基于区域公共产品的基础理论和国外经验,亚洲文化遗产保护行动应遵循“夯实基础”“多元合作”以及“机制引领”三大原则,进一步加强基础研究、开拓合作模式、共建长效机制,为推动文明交流互鉴、共建亚洲命运共同体作出更多贡献。The proposal of the Asian Cultural Heritage Conservation Initiative is an innovative contribution from China to the theory and practice of regional public goods.It accords with the need of the era,opens new realm for regional cooperation,and produces new drive for the conservation and sustainable development for cultural heritage.Based on the basic theory of regional public goods and practices in other regions in the world,three principles are summarized for ACHCI,namely“enhancing foundation”,“multila-teral cooperation”,and“building mechanism”.By promoting fundamental research,exploring new ways of cooperation,and establishing a sustainable mechanism,ACHCI will play a very significant role in enhancing intercivilization exchanges,and building Asia with a shared future.
