摘　　要：压力容器在制造和使用过程中都有可能产生裂纹。简述压力容器制造和使用过程中产生裂纹的种类、产生的原因及预防措施。结合某压力容器制造公司多年来在不锈钢材料性能、焊接工艺试验和研究基础上及制造、修理国内外多家不锈钢设备的经验和实践,分析煤气预热器管束浮动管板裂纹产生的原因,为不锈钢压力容器制造、修理和应用提供宝贵的经验。Cracks may occur in pressure vessels both in manufacture and in use.This paper briefly describes the types,causes and preventive measures of cracks in the manufacture and use of pressure vessels.Based on the experience and practice of stainless steel material properties,welding process test and research in a pressure vessel manufacturing company for many years,and the experience and practice of manufacturing and repairing stainless steel equipment at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the causes of floating tubesheet cracks in gas preheater tube bundles,and provides valuable experience for the manufacture,repair and application of stainless steel material.
