摘　　要：本文介绍了合成油反应装置的结构特点,分析了现场有限空间施工的难点,制定了分区域浇注、分批进行耐火衬里和内部组件的装焊方案,有效解决了有限空间浇注和装焊交叉作业的难题,为同类装置的现场施工制造提供了经验。Structural of synthetic oil reaction Vessel is introduced in this document,and difficulties in operation in confined space has been sufficiently analyzed.The scheme about the refractory pouring scheme per partition,regional assembly and welding scheme of refractory lining parts and inner componts have been formulated,it has been solved the problem in cross-operation in confined space effectively and provided the references for site construction of similar divide fabrication as a consequence.
