摘　　要：全过程人民民主是人民民主的先决条件,是过程民主和成果民主、程序民主和实质民主、直接民主和间接民主、人民民主和国家意志的有机统一。全过程人民民主是中国特色社会主义人权概念的最新理论表达,是中国特色社会主义人权实践的新成就,是中国特色社会主义人权制度的新发展,是对世界人权发展道路的新贡献。The whole-process people’s democracy is a prerequisite for the people’s democracy.It is the organic unity of process and outcome democracy, procedural and substantive democracy, direct and indirect democracy, as well as the people’s democracy and the will of the state.The whole-process people’s democracy is the latest theoretical expression of the concept of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, a new achievement in the practice of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, a new development of the system of the socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, and a new contribution to the development path of human rights in the world.
