摘  要:为了保证石墨换热设备的安全质量,一般通过浸渍的方法将石墨件制成不透性石墨材料,浸渍剂性能的优劣和浸渍固化工艺决定了石墨件的力学性能。本文选择酚醛树脂、改性酚醛树脂两种浸渍剂,进行工艺性试验,通过比较其抗拉强度、抗弯强度、抗压强度性能指标,确定改性酚醛树脂的浸渍性能好于酚醛树脂,同时也验证了浸渍工艺的正确性。In order to guarantee the safety and quality of graphite heat exchange equipment,usually by dipping method will be made not permeability of graphite materials,graphite pieces of impregnant performance merits and dipping curing process determines the mechanical properties of the graphite pieces,this paper select phenolic resin,modified phenolic resin both impregnant,manufacturability experiment,by comparing its tensile strength,bending strength,compressive strength performance,The impregnation performance of modified phenolic resin is better than that of phenolic resin,and the correctness of impregnation process is also verified.
