摘 要:随着大件运输产品更新换代,产品外形尺寸向大型化发展,既有线路限界条件日益成为制约大件货物铁路运输市场发展的瓶颈。虽然限界数据管理基本实现了动态化,但限界距离核算方法仍以手工核算为主,无法满足大件货物运输的时效性要求,难以满足向客户提供大件运输产品外形尺寸参考轮廓的需要。通过梳理现行限界距离核算理论方法,研究出一种快速判断超限等级和核算限界距离的算法,利用MATLAB软件将该算法实现,并开发独立桌面应用《限界核算平台》。同时,反推出实际径路可通行货物最大轮廓,充分利用铁路既有限界为客户大件运输产品外形尺寸提供设计参考。As large-scale transportation products are updated to large-scale dimensions,the existing line gauge conditions have increasingly restricted the development of the large-scale cargo railway transportation market.Although the gauge data management has been dynamic,the calculation method of gauge distance is still mainly based on manual accounting,which cannot meet the timeliness requirements of large-scale cargo transportation and is difficult to provide customers with reference outlines for the dimensions of large-scale transportation products.By sorting out the current gauge distance accounting theory and methods,this paper proposed an algorithm for fast judging the out-of-gauge level and calculating the gauge distance,which was realized by MATLAB software.In addition,an independent desktop application “gauge accounting platform” was developed.At the same time,the maximum outline of the passable cargo on the actual path was deduced,and the existing gauge of the railway is fully utilized to provide the design reference for the overall dimensions of the large-scale transportation products for customers.
