摘　　要：针对医院精细化管理,阐述医院计算机信息系统的建设,将密码技术应用到医院无纸化建设进程中,探讨应用无纸化电子病历进行病案管理,有助于规范记录病历,提升医护效率。Aiming at the fine management of the hospital, this paper expounds the construction of the hospital computer information system, applies the password technology to the paperless construction process of the hospital, and discusses the application of paperless electronic medical record for medical record management, which is helpful to standardize the recording of medical records and improve the efficiency of medical care.
