摘  要:目的了解妇产科护理人员自我同情与职业倦怠的相关性,分析心理灵活性在妇产科护理人员自我同情与职业倦怠中的中介作用。方法以中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院妇产科的42名妇产科护理人员为研究对象,均于2019年12月和2020年12月由心理咨询师行自我同情水平测评、职业倦怠水平测评及心理灵活性测评,其中,心理灵活性测评包括经验性回避程度测评和认知融合程度测评。采用Pearson相关性法分析妇产科护理人员自我同情与职业倦怠的相关性,采用AMOS 24.0模型分析心理灵活性在妇产科护理人员自我同情与职业倦怠之间的中介效应。结果2020年12月,42名妇产科护理人员的自我同情评分[(82.43±8.71)分]、职业倦怠评分[(103.17±10.63)分]均高于2019年12月的评分[(56.29±6.42)和(77.21±8.69)分],而心理灵活性评分[(42.74±3.79)分]低于2019年12月的评分[(63.62±5.87)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。妇产科护理人员的自我同情评分与职业倦怠评分呈正相关(r=0.731,P<0.05),与认知融合程度及经验性回避程度评分均呈负相关(r=-0.806、-0.784,均P<0.05);职业倦怠评分与认知融合程度及经验性回避程度评分均呈负相关(r=-0.774、-0.732,均P<0.05)。自我同情可显著正向预测职业倦怠(β=0.674,P<0.05);认知融合程度直接负向预测自我同情和职业倦怠(β=-0.544、-0.618,均P<0.05),但认知融合程度直接作用于自我同情和职业倦怠关系间的中介路径系数不显著(β=-0.186,P>0.05);认知融合程度和经验性回避程度直接作用于自我同情和职业倦怠关系间的中介路径系数不显著(β=-0.186、0.093,均P>0.05),但心理活动作用于自我同情和职业倦怠关系间的多重中介路径系数具有显著性(β=-0.679,P<0.05,95%CI=-0.981~0.003,校正P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理人员自我同情水平与职业倦怠存在密切相关性,心理灵活性的经验性回避和认�Objective To observe the correlation between self-compassion and job burnout of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department,and analyze the intermediary role of psychological flexibility between self-compassion and job burnout of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods Totally 42 nurses in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of PLA Air Force Medical University were evaluated by psychological counselors for self-compassion level,job burnout level and psychological spirit activity in December 2019 and December 2020.The evaluation of psychological spirit activity included empirical avoidance degree and cognitive fusion degree.Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between self-compassion and job burnout of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department,and the AMOS 24.0 model was used to analyze the intermediary effect of psychological flexibility between self-compassion and job burnout of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department.Results The scores of self-compassion[(82.43±8.71)points]and job burnout[(103.17±10.63)points]among 42 nurses in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in December 2020 were higher than those in December 2019[(56.29±6.42)and(77.21±8.69)points],while the psychological flexibility score[(42.74±3.79)points]was lower than that in December 2019[(63.62±5.87)points],and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the self-compassion score of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department was positively correlated with the job burnout score(r=0.731,P<0.05),and negatively c orrelated with the scores of empirical avoidance degree and cognitive fusion degree(r=-0.806,-0.784,both P<0.05).The job burnout score of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department was negatively correlated with the empirical avoidance degree and cognitive fusion degree(r=-0.774,-0.732,both P<0.05).Se lf-compassion could signific
