摘 要:针对超导脉冲变压器的剩余能量回收电路中断路开关两端存在的高压威胁,提出了一种基于改进ICCOS逆流回路的放电电流可关断结构,分析了该电路的工作过程,研究了改进ICCOS逆流回路对断路开关的电压抑制能力,讨论了逆流电容变化对系统关键参数的影响。仿真结果表明:改进的ICCOS逆流回路有效抑制了断路开关的高电压,提高了负载电流脉冲的峰值,系统具有较高的能量传输效率。当逆流回路的电容数值选取合适时,能够实现电容预充电压的自恢复充电。Aiming at the high voltage threat at both ends of the turn-off switch in the residual energy recovery circuit based on the superconducting pulse transformer, a discharge current turn-off structure based on the improved ICCOS counter-current circuit was proposed, the working process of the circuit was analyzed, and the voltage suppression capability of improved ICCOS counter-current loop to the turn-off switch was studied.The influence of the reverse current capacitance change on the key parameters of the system was discussed. The simulation results show that the improved ICCOS counter-current loop effectively suppresses the high voltage of the turn-off switch, increases the peak value of the load current pulse, and the system has higher energy transmission efficiency. When the capacitor value of the counter-current loop is selected properly, the self-recovery charging of the capacitor precharge voltage can be realized.
