摘 要:基于一种吸收式制冷与溶液除湿有机耦合的除湿降温空调系统,选择LiBr-H_(2)O、LiCl-H_(2)O、LiCl-CaCl_(2)-H_(2)O等溶液作为工质对,对吸收式制冷系统进行实验研究,测试系统性能与影响因素。实验结果表明,在热水温度80℃,输出17℃冷冻水的条件下,LiCl-CaCl_(2)混合溶液作为工质对的制冷量为10.72 kW,COP为0.59,比LiBr溶液和LiCl溶液低6%左右,其单位立方米成本仅为LiBr的36%,在性能相差不大的前提下具有成本优势,因此有替代LiBr的可能。同时,系统运行存在最佳制冷效果的溶液循环量;热水温度越高,制冷量越大;冷却水温度越低,流量越大;系统制冷量越大,能效越高。Based on a dehumidification and cooling air conditioning system which couples absorption refrigeration with solution dehumidification, LiBr solution, LiCl solution and LiCl-CaCl_(2)solution were selected to be working pairs to conduct the experiment in the absorption chiller, the system performance and influencing factors were compared.The experimental results show that under the condition of 80 ℃ hot water temperature and 17 ℃ chilled water output, the cooling capacity of LiCl-CaCl_(2)solution as a working pair is 10.72 kW,COP is 0.59,about 6% lower than LiBr solution and LiCl solution.Moreover, the unit cubic meter cost of the mixed solution is only 36% of the LiBr solution, it has a cost advantage under the premise of not much difference in performance, it is potential to replace the LiBr solution.At the same time, it exists an optimal solution flow for best refrigeration effect in the system operation;the cooling capacity increases as the temperature of the hot water rises;the lower the cooling water temperature and the larger flow rate brings, the greater cooling capacity of the system and the higher energy efficiency.
