摘 要:堤防渗漏是堤防常见险情之一,如何选用最为适当的防渗措施是工程设计的核心问题。2021年汛期受淮河高水位影响,梁家湖水系排涝能力减弱加上时淠圩部分堤防填筑质量较差以及部分堤基存在透水层,导致内塘与外河相通,在汛期河道高水位运行工况下翻沙、鼓水现象严重,容易出现散浸、渗漏等危害堤防安全的险情。结合地质资料以及过往类似工程设计经验,经过对高压喷射灌浆、多头小直径防渗墙、冲抓套井回填粘土防渗墙以及复合土工膜等四种防渗加固方案比选,最终选用多头小直径防渗墙加固方案。通过对出险段堤防进行渗流、稳定计算后,得出采用多头小直径防渗墙方案后该段堤防渗漏问题得到有效治理,结果可为堤防防渗加固方案选择提供参考。Levee leakage is one of the common dangers of the levee. How to choose the most suitable anti-seepage measures in levee reinforcement is the main problem of engineering design. Affected by the high water level of the Huai river flood season in 2021,Liangjia Lake drainage ability weakened, the filling quality of part of Shipiwei Dike is poor and the permeable layer exists in part of its foundation, which leads to the communication between the inner pond and the outer river. Under the operation condition of the high water level of the river in flood season, the phenomenon of sand turning and water flooding is serious, and it is easy to occur such dangerous situations as leaching and leakage which endanger the safety of the dike.Combined with geological data and design experience of similar projects in the past, after comparison and selection of four anti-seepage reinforcement schemes, such as high-pressure jet grouting, multi head small-diameter anti-seepage wall, clay anti-seepage wall backfilled by flushing and grasping sleeve well and composite geomembrane, the multi head small-diameter anti-seepage wall reinforcement scheme is finally selected.Through stability calculation of the seepage flow in the embankment of the danger section, it is concluded that the seepage problem of the embankment in this section can be effectively treated after the scheme of multi head small-diameter cut-off wall is adopted, and the results can provide reference for the selection of embankment seepage prevention and reinforcement scheme.
