摘　　要：河南省水利水电工程概预算定额从2006年颁布至今已使用多年,随着经济的发展及四新技术的广泛使用,该定额已不能适应河南省水利建设高质量发展的需要。文章介绍了河南省水利水电工程概预算定额修编工作的背景、目的、性质、依据、原则、技术路线、需要解决的主要问题等,借此抛砖引玉,以期对同类工作提供一个参考和借鉴作用。The estimated budget quota of water conservancy and hydropower projects in Henan Province has been used for many years since it was issued in 2006. With the development of economy and the wide use of four new technologies, the quota can not meet the needs of high quality development of water conservancy construction in Henan Province. The background, purpose, nature, basis,principle, technical route and main problems to be solved of the revision and compilation of the estimated budget quota of water conservancy and hydropower projects in Henan Province are introduced in this paper, so as to provide a reference for similar work.
