喷涂聚氨酯弹性体砖砌体墙对角斜压性能试验研究

摘  要:通过6片黏土砖砌体墙的平面内对角斜压试验,研究喷涂聚氨酯弹性体及不同喷涂方式(单、双面喷涂)对黏土砖砌体墙受剪性能的影响,分析喷涂前后墙体的应变分布、荷载-位移曲线、变形性能和剪应力-剪应变曲线等。试验结果表明:未喷涂和单面喷涂墙体在破坏时具有明显脆性特征,而双面喷涂可有效改善这一现象;喷涂聚氨酯弹性体能有效抑制墙体裂缝开展,试验后期单面喷涂和双面喷涂墙体均表现出良好的整体性能,且双面喷涂墙体受到更良好的约束,其抗坍塌保持整体性要优于单面喷涂墙体;喷涂聚氨酯弹性体对墙体初始刚度及峰值承载力影响不大,对试件的残余承载力和变形性能有较大的提升;单、双面喷涂墙体的残余承载力均维持在未喷涂对比件峰值荷载的68%左右,最大加载位移分别达未喷涂墙的11倍、44倍。研究成果将为喷涂聚氨酯技术在砌体结构加固中的应用提供参考依据。Through the in-plane diagonal compression tests of six clay brick masonry walls, the influence of spraying polyurethane elastomer and different spraying methods(single-sided and double-sided spraying) on the shear behavior of clay brick masonry wall is studied. The strain distribution, load-displacement curve, deformability and shear stress-strain curve of brick walls with and without sprayed are analyzed. The test results show that unsprayed and single-sided sprayed walls have obvious brittleness characteristics when damaged, while double-sided spraying can effectively improve this phenomenon. Spraying polyurethane elastomer can effectively inhibit the development of wall cracks. In the later stage of the test, both single-sided sprayed and double-sided sprayed walls show good overall performance. Double-sided sprayed walls are subject to better constraints, and its anti-collapse and integrity is better than single-sided sprayed walls. Spraying polyurethane elastomer has little effect on the initial stiffness and peak bearing capacity of the walls, but has a great improvement on the later residual bearing capacity and deformation performance of the specimens. The residual bearing capacity of the single and double-sided sprayed walls are maintained at about 68% of the peak load of the unsprayed walls, the maximum loading displacement is 11 times and 44 times of the unsprayed walls, respectively. The research results will provide reference for the application of spraying polyurethane technology in masonry structure reinforcement.
