广西市政污水处理厂污泥产生及处理处置现状研究

摘　　要：对广西118座县级及以上市政污水处理厂的污泥产生、处理处置情况进行调查,并对南宁市4座污水处理厂开展污泥理化特性分析。结果表明,2020年广西污泥产生量约为1324.37 t/d(含水率约80%),市级污水处理厂污泥主要采用好氧堆肥、焚烧、制作建筑材料等方式进行处理处置,县级污水处理厂受经济技术条件制约,仍以卫生填埋处理方式为主。南宁污泥含水率偏高,有机质和热值偏低,污泥单独焚烧、水泥窑和焚烧厂协同处置、厌氧消化等方式较难广泛应用,将好氧堆肥污泥用于园林绿化、矿山修复等方面仍是较适宜的污泥处理处置方式。This paper analyzed the sludge generation,treatment and disposal of 118 municipal sewage treatment plants at county level and above in Guangxi province.The physical and chemical characteristics of sludge from four sewage treatment plants in Nanning were analyzed.The results show thatthe dehydrated sludge production in Guangxi is about 1324.37 t/d in 2020(water content is about 80%).Municipal sewage treatment plant sludge is mainly treated by aerobic composting,incineration,making building materials and so on.County sewage treatment plants sludge was still treated by sanitary landfillwere in the conditions of restricting by economic and technical.Due to the high water content,low organic matter and low calorific value of sludge,the sludge treatment and disposal methods by incineration alone,joint disposal of cement kiln and incineration plant,anaerobic digestion and other were not applicable in Nanning.The application of aerobic compost sludge in landscaping,mine restoration and other aspects is still a better way of sludge treatment and disposal.
