摘 要:通过采用振荡提取、固相萃取柱净化、氮吹浓缩后使用气相色谱-质谱法对土壤和沉积物中3,3′-二氯联苯胺进行测定。该方法仪器投入成本低,操作简单。实验结果表明土壤中3,3′-二氯联苯胺检出限为0.03 mg/kg、相对标准偏差为7.7%~20.1%(高、中、低3种浓度,n=5)、加标回收率为66.7%~73.3%(高、中、低3种浓度,n=5)、线性范围为0.25 mg/kg~2.5 mg/kg、相关系数大于0.995,均能满足检测要求,是测定土壤中3,3′-二氯联苯胺的可靠方法。该方法同样可测定沉积物中3,3′-二氯联苯胺。The 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine in soil and sediment was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry after oscillating extraction,solid phase extraction column purification,nitrogen purge and concentration.The method has the advantages of low investment cost and simple operation.The experimental results showed that the detection limit of 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine in soil was 0.03 mg/kg,relative standard deviation was 7.7%~20.1%(high,medium,and low concentrations,n=5),recovery rate was 66.7%~73.3%(high,medium,and low concentrations,n=5),linearity range 0.25~2.5 mg/kg,correlation greater than 0.995.They can meet the testing requirements.It is a reliable method for the determination of 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine in soil.The method can also be used for the determination of 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine in sediments.
