治疗性沟通移动平台在慢性肾病血液净化患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗性沟通移动平台在慢性肾病血液净化患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月在血液科行血液净化的慢性肾病患者104例为研究对象,其中2019年1-12月入组的52例患者设为对照组,2020年1-12月入组的52例患者设为观察组。对照组行常规健康教育,观察组采用治疗性沟通移动平台给予干预,比较2组自我效能、应对方式、自我管理能力及生活质量。结果干预后观察组自我效能评分、面对评分、自我管理能力总评分及生活质量总评分较对照组明显提高(t=13.751,P<0.001;t=9.049,P<0.001;t=22.985,P<0.001;t=14.261,P<0.001)。观察组屈服评分、回避评分均低于对照组(t=9.543,P<0.001;t=4.284,P<0.001)。结论治疗性沟通移动平台可增强慢性血液净化患者自我效能,促使患者以积极的方式面对疾病,提高患者自我管理能力,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of applying therapeutic communication system based on mobile platform among chronic kidney disease patients undergoing the blood purification.Methods Totally 104 chronic kidney disease patients undergoing blood purification in year 2019 and 2020 were selected.Patients treated in year 2019 were selected into an observation group(n=52),while those in 2020 were chosen into a control group(n=52).The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given intervention based on the therapeutic communication system.The self-efficacy,coping style,self-management ability and life quality of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-efficacy score,face the problem score as well as the total self-management ability and life quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=13.751,P<0.001;t=9.049,P<0.001;t=22.985,P<0.001;t=14.261,P<0.001),while the yield and avoidance scores were significantly lower than those of the control group after intervention(t=9.543,P<0.001;t=4.284,P<0.001).Conclusion The therapeutic communication system based on mobile platform can enhance the self-efficacy of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing the blood purification,help them to face the disease in a positive way,as well as improve their self-management ability and life quality.
