摘  要:使用有限元分析软件,探究激光激发超声在橡胶类材料中的激发机理和传播特性,以及橡胶类材料本身所具有的非线性应力应变关系可能对激光激发超声过程的影响。为了研究激光激发超声的物理变化过程,在有限元软件中构建二维模型,根据脉冲激光的各种特性将激光辐照的过程等效成力在材料表面的作用,进而得到模型理论的应力变化过程和超声波回波的波形情况。该研究为激光超声技术对不同材料的适用性提供了数据和理论基础,也为激光超声在橡胶类材料无损检测范畴提供了一个新的途径。This paper uses finite element software analysis to explore the excitation mechanism and propagation characteristics of laser-excited ultrasound in rubber-like materials,as well as the possible influence of the nonlinear stress-strain relationship of rubber-like materials on the laser-excited ultrasound process.In order to study the physical change process of laser-excited ultrasound,a two-dimensional model was constructed in finite element software,and the process of laser irradiation was equivalent to the action of force on the surface of the material with various characteristics of pulsed laser,and then the theoretical stress change of the model was obtained.Process and the waveform of the ultrasonic echo.This provides data and theoretical basis for the applicability of laser ultrasound technology to different materials,and also provides a new approach for laser ultrasound in the field of non-destructive testing of rubber materials.
