摘  要:超声波清洗中,针对不同的清洗对象需要使用不同频段的超声波,所需的换能器型号也有所不同。目前常用的超声波发生器大部分无法匹配多种型号换能器。为了提高超声波发生器的泛用性,设计一种由单端反激式逆变电路、高频变压器以及L-C匹配网络构成的可以使多种超声波换能器正常工作的超声波发生器。经过仿真及多次实验,验证了该设计具有结构简单、操作方便、可对多型号换能器匹配的特点。In ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic waves of different frequency bands are needed for different cleaning objects, and the required transducer models also vary. Most of the currently commonly used ultrasonic generators are incompatible with several transducer models. For the sake of greater usage scope of ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic generator is designed using single-ended flyback inverter circuit, high-frequency transformer and L-C matching network to support normal operation of various ultrasonic transducers. Through simulation and multiple experiments, it is verified that the design has simple structure, convenient operation, and supports compatibility with multiple transducer models.
