摘 要:非结构构件是承担建筑使用功能的必要单元,具有种类众多、震中易损伤、震后修复成本高的特点。应用具备功能恢复机理的非结构构件是实现抗震韧性建筑使用功能可恢复性的关键。本文给出抗震韧性非结构构件基本特征与内在要求,提出抗震韧性非结构构件设计流程;以填充墙和楼梯间为例,介绍抗震韧性非结构构件的构建思路及实现方法,指出将消能减震技术原理与非结构构件受力及构造特点相结合,是实现非结构构件抗震韧性的有效途径;给出抗震韧性非结构构件的未来研究方向:新型抗震韧性非结构构件开发及其功能恢复机理研究、抗震韧性非结构构件与其他抗震韧性非结构、结构构件间的协同工作机制研究、抗震韧性非结构构件设计理论研究以及既有(震损)建筑非结构构件抗震韧性提升方法研究。The non-structural component(NSC) is the necessary element to undertake the functions of buildings.It is characterized by wide variety of kinds and quantities,being easily damaged during the earthquake and high repair cost in the post-earthquake reconstruction.The key to realize the post-earthquake function recoverability of seismic resilient building is to adopt the NSC that possesses the mechanism of recoverable function.In this work,the characteristic and requirements of the seismic resilient NSC(SRNSC) are proposed and the design process of SRNSC is developed.The existing investigations regarding infilled masonry wall and staircase are taken as the example to illustrate the method to construct and realize the SRNSC.It is pointed out that the combination of the energy-dissipated mechanism and the characteristic of NSC is an effective solution for realizing the SRNSC.The future research directions for SRNSC are envisioned:the research on the development of the innovative SRNSC and the study of function recoverability mechanism,the research on the cooperative working mechanism between the different SRNSCs or between the SRNSC and the seismic resilient structural component,the research on the resilience-based design theory of SRNSC and the research on resilience-based retrofitting method for the SRNSCs in the existing or damaged buildings.
