摘　　要：基于水岸大型项目(UMPs)建设的理念,以荷兰鹿特丹默兹河南部岬角港区水岸更新为例,分析了城市后工业化进程中该区域更新转型的机制和特征,并进一步探讨了全球化背景下后工业水岸中的文化传播问题以及全球与本地链接中的文化转化问题,试图为当今上海的水岸建设提供些许指导性的建议。Based on the concept of constructing waterfront urban mega projects(UMPs),with the waterfront revitalization of Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam,the Netherlands as an example,this paper discusses the mechanism and characteristics of urban regeneration in the process of post-industrialization.It also discusses cultural communication issues of a post-industrial waterfront in the context of globalization as well as the cultural transformation between the global and local links.Finally,it tries to provide some guiding suggestions for the waterfront construction in Shanghai today.
