摘　　要：建筑设计过程中,如果对后续的施工、使用等考虑不充分,楼盘交付使用后就经常会出现外立面面砖脱落、大雨时倒灌、综合管网使用空间压抑等问题,而这些问题虽然不影响核心功能的使用,但会严重影响楼盘的品质、口碑以及客户的体验。文章对建筑实施过程中的一些典型问题进行了梳理,通过专业分析,提出相应的优化建议。In the process of architectural design,if inadequately considers the subsequent construction,use and etc.,falling off of facing bricks of facade,backflow of heavy rain,depressed integrated pipe network use space and other problems often occur after the property is delivered for use.Although these problems don’t affect the use of core function,it seriously affects the quality,public praise and customer experience of the property.This article sorts out some typical problems in the process of building implementation,conducts the professional analysis and also gives the corresponding optimization suggestions.
