摘　　要：历史建筑保护的绿色修缮施工是现阶段和未来我国建筑工程和旧城保护更新领域的重要技术发展引领方向。文章采取理论与实践结合方法,分析绿色修缮施工技术体系的构建基础,构建基于基础性控制技术、一般性应用技术和专项性创新技术的历史建筑绿色修缮施工技术体系,提出绿色修缮施工技术的应用流程;并以武汉市昙华林历史文化街区的历史建筑修缮工程为实例,验证历史建筑绿色修缮施工技术体系的必要性和可应用性。Green renovation construction in historic buildings protection is an important technical development direction in the field of architectural engineering and old city protection and renewal in China at this stage and in the future.By combining theory with practice,this paper analyzes the foundation of the construction technology system of green renovation,constructs a construction technology system of green renovation for historic buildings based on the basic control technology,the general application technology and the special innovation technology,and proposes the application process of green renovation construction technology.Taking a historical building renovation project which has been completed by the authors’collaborative team in the Tanhualin historical and cultural district of Wuhan City as an example to verify the necessity and applicability of the green renovation construction technology system for historical buildings.
