二硫代焦磷酸酯/粘胶纤维的协同阻燃改性及其性能

摘  要:针对二硫代焦磷酸酯/粘胶纤维(DDPS/VF)阻燃效率欠佳的问题,选择硅酸镁铝(MAS)作为DDPS的协同阻燃剂,通过湿法纺丝工艺制备MAS/DDPS/VF阻燃纤维。研究协同阻燃剂MAS对DDPS/VF纤维表面/截面结构、晶态结构的影响,分析MAS添加量对DDPS/VF阻燃纤维热稳定性、力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,揭示协同阻燃机理。结果表明:与DDPS/VF纤维相比,添加MAS后,MAS/DDPS/VF纤维表面光滑、沟槽消失,结晶度从34.23%提高到40.09%;当MAS占阻燃剂添加量的10%时,MAS/DDPS/VF纤维的LOI值从29.1%提升到29.7%,残炭量从35.3%提高到38.2%,热释放量从20.82 MJ/m^(2)降低到18.80 MJ/m^(2),干湿断裂强度分别从2.09、1.09 cN/dtex变为2.12、1.18 c N/dtex。MAS能够促进DDPS/VF纤维在燃烧过程中生成更加致密的石墨化炭层,抑制热量和氧气向纤维基体内部渗透,同时减缓可燃性热解气体的释放。Aiming at the problem of poor flame retardant efficiency of dithiopyrophosphate/viscose fiber(DDPS/VF),magnesium aluminum silicate(MAS)is selected as the synergistic flame retardant of DDPS,and MAS/DDPS/VF flame retardant fiber is prepared through wet spinning process.The effect of synergistic flame retardant MAS on the surface/section structure and crystalline structure of DDPS/VF fibers is studied,the effect of MAS addition on the thermal stability,mechanical properties and flame retardancy of DDPS/VF flame retardant fibers is analyzed,and the synergistic flame retardant mechanism is revealed.The results show that the surface of MAS/DDPS/VF fibers is smooth,the grooves disappear,and the crystallinity increases from 34.23%to40.09%after adding MAS.When MAS accounts for 10%of the added amount of flame retardant,the limiting oxygen index of MAS/DDPS/VF-2 fiber increases from 29.1%to 29.7%,the char residues increases from 35.3%to38.2%,and the heat release decreases from 20.82 MJ/m2to 18.80 MJ/m2,and the wet and dry breaking strengths increase from 2.09 and 1.09 cN/dtex to 2.12 and 1.18 cN/dtex respectively.MAS can promote the formation of a denser graphitized carbon layer in DDPS/VF fibers during the combustion process,inhibit the penetration of heat and oxygen into the fiber matrix,and slow down the release of flammable pyrolysis gas.
