摘　　要：以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG2000)为软段,N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)为亲水扩链剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,制备了一系列阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂CWPU。结果表明,当R值为1.2、N-MDEA质量分数为7%、TMP质量分数为1%时,制得的CWPU性能较好。将其用于深色棉织物的固色整理,可提高耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度。A series of cationic aqueous polyurethane(CWPU) color fixers are prepared with polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG2000) as the soft segment,N-methyldiethanolamine(N-MDEA) as the hydrophilic chain extender and trimethylolpropane(TMP) as the crosslinker. The results show that the optimal color fixation effect is achieved with CWPU finishing of R value1.2,N-MDEA mass fraction7%, and TMP mass fraction of 1%. The color fastness to rubbing and soaping of the cotton dyeings in dark shade can be improved after treated with the synthesized fixing agent.
