摘　　要：纺织品防水防油剂的商品化应用有近100多年的历史。文章介绍了含氟防水防油剂基础理论,包括表面张力、结构、加工方式、单体和乳液制造方法等,回顾了纺织品防水防油剂的发展历程,详细阐述了PFOA和PFHxA环保规制的最新动向,并提出了对防水防油剂未来发展方向的见解。The commercialization and application of water-and oil-repellents for textiles has a history of nearly100 years. The theory of fluorine-containing water-and oil-repellents is summarized, including surface tension, structure, processing methods, monomer and lotion manufacturing methods, the development of textile water-and oi-l repellents is reviewed, the latest trend of PFOA and PFHxA environmental regulations is expounded in detail, and some opinions on the future development direction of water-and oil-repellents are put forward.
