摘　　要：目的:探讨社会嵌入对护患关系的影响,并分析其作用路径。方法:采用横断面调查法,应用自行设计问卷对黑龙江省B市某三甲医院的临床护士进行现场调查。结果:社会嵌入对护患沟通、护患理解与尊重、护患信任、护士帮助行为具有直接影响,同时社会嵌入通过护患沟通间接作用于护患互动、社会嵌入通过护患理解与尊重间接影响护士帮助行为。结论:社会嵌入理论在护患关系领域具有重要作用及影响,护患关系的改善需要关注并改善社会环境因素导致的信任机制破坏与认同机制降低,从而导致关系的非良性循环,促进社会信任机制的再生与护患认同的提升。Objective: To explore the impact of social embeddedness on the nurse-patient relationship, and to analyze its action path. Methods: A cross-sectional survey method was used to conduct an on-site survey of clinical nurses in a tertiary hospital in B city, Heilongjiang Province by using self-designed questionnaires. Results: Social embeddedness had a direct impact on nurse-patient communication, nurse-patient understanding and respect, nurse-patient trust, and nursepatient helping behavior, while social embeddedness indirectly affected nurse-patient interaction through nurse-patient communication, and social embeddedness indirectly affected nurse-patient understanding and respect. Nurses help behavior.Conclusion: Social embeddedness theory has an important role and influence in the field of nurse-patient relationship. The improvement of nurse-patient relationship needs to pay attention to and improve the non-virtuous circle of relationship caused by the destruction of trust mechanism and the reduction of identification mechanism caused by social environmental factors, and to promote the development of social trust mechanism. Regeneration and enhancement of nurse-patient identity.
