摘　　要：构建智慧门诊服务体系,丰富线下门诊智慧服务场景,优化线上互联网门诊服务流程,强化信息化服务技术支撑。提供让患者就医更便捷、让医生诊疗更有效的线上线下、诊前诊中诊后一体化智慧门诊诊疗服务模式。助力门诊疫情防控,推动医院智慧门诊提质增效、平稳有序发展。The study is to report a smart outpatient service system with rich offline outpatient service scenarios,optimized online outpatient service process and technical support. This system would strengthen information service to make patients hospitalized more convenient and render the diagnosis and treatment more effective in an intelligent outpatient medical service mode throughout the whole process of before, during and after clinical diagnosis.Moreover, the system provides powerful prevention and control of infectious diseases in outpatient service,promoting the smart outpatient service high quality, high efficiency, steady and orderly development.
