摘 要:为了研究药型罩用多组分粉体混合均匀性对射孔弹穿孔性能的影响,选择两种不同质量配比的钨铜粉末药型罩配方,配方1组分包括铜粉、钨粉和铜铅粉,配方2组分包括铜粉、钨粉和铋粉,两种配方各组分的质量分数相同。首先计算两种钨铜粉末配方中各粉体的特征值,其次对各特征值进行计算,得到各组分的混合系数和粉体的差异化比值,通过对比混合系数差异化比值的大小来判定粉体混合均匀程度,最后利用地面静破甲试验验证射孔弹的穿深稳定性。结果表明:配方1混合系数差异化比值为1.4,远小于配方2的混合系数差异化比值(76.5);配方1地面静破甲的穿深稳定性达98.6%,大于配方2的穿深稳定性,充分说明了粉体混合均匀性是射孔弹穿深的主要影响因素之一。In order to study the effect of the mixing uniformity of multi-component powder for liner on the properties of perforating charge, two liner formulas with different quality ratio of tungsten and copper powder were selected. Formula1 included lead powder, copper powder, tungsten powder and copper lead powder, formula 2 included copper powder,tungsten powder and bismuth powder, the quality percentage of each composition was the same. First, the characteristic values of each powder in the two tungsten-copper powder formulations were calculated, and then each characteristic value was calculated to obtain the mixing coefficient of each component and the difference ratio of the powder. By comparing the difference ratio of the mixing coefficient, the uniformity of powder mixing was obtained. Finally, the penetration stability of the perforating projectile was verified by the ground static armor penetration test. The results show that the differential ratio of mixing coefficient of formula 1 is 1.4, which is far less than that of formula 2(76.5). The penetration stability of formula 1 is 98.6%, which is greater than that of formula 2. It is fully showed that the mixing uniformity of powder is one of the main factors affecting the penetration depth of perforating charge.
