摘  要:以氧化铝微粉作为填料对分散型聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)进行改性,采用糊膏冷压挤出的方式制备了不同粒径、不同填充比例的PTFE改性管材,考察了改性前后的硬度、力学性能和耐久性,并利用显微镜观察了磨损面和磨屑的微观特征。结果表明,随着填充比例增加,材料的硬度增加,产品的拉伸强度和耐久性呈现先上升后下降的趋势。综合考虑,6份10μm的填充比例下,改性材料在总体性能上达到最佳。Dispersed polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)was modified with alumina micro-powder as filler.PTFE modified pipes with different content of micro-Al2O3and different particle size were prepared by paste cold extrusion.The hardness,mechanical properties and friction performance were studied.The wear debris and worn surface of composites were analyzed by optical microscope.It was found that the hardness was enhanced as the filling ratio increasing,and the tensile strength and durability first increased and then decreased.When the contents of micro-Al2O3with particle size of10μm were 6%of PTFE,the modified material showed better comprehensive performance.
