摘　　要：浅水锚系S-LAY铺管船在过平台进行抛锚作业时,会受到平台导管架的影响,导致无法找到合适的抛锚点,需要选择其他锚缆固定端,或者对铺管船的锚缆出缆方向进行调整。针对该问题,提出使用导管架桩腿带缆,使导管架桩腿作为锚缆的固定端,或者在铺管船甲板使用滑车对锚缆出缆方向进行调整的方法。During the anchoring operation of shallow-water S-LAY pipe-laying vessel passes through the platform, it will be affected by the platform jacket, resulting in the inability to find a suitable anchoring point. So the mooring line fixed end need to change to other point, or the laying ship’s mooring line out direction should be adjusted. Aiming at this problem,two methods are proposed. One is to use the jacket leg piles, and the jacket legs are used as the fixed ends of the anchor cables, and the other is to use a pulley on the deck of the pipe-laying ship to adjust the direction of the anchor cables.
