摘　　要：主要介绍了落地铣镗床在对离心机进行机加工过程中换刀机构的常见故障及原因,并提出行之有效的解决方案。通过方案的有效实施,极大地减少了落地铣镗床的故障停机时间,确保了离心机的正常交付使用。This paper mainly introduces the common faults and causes of tool changing mechanism of floor milling and boring machine in the machining process of centrifuge,and puts forward effective solutions.Through the effective implementation of the solutions,the fault downtime of the floor milling and boring machine is greatly reduced,and the normal delivery of the centrifuge is ensured.
