摘 要:基于废液晶玻璃再生利用,设计了一种新型耐热硼硅玻璃SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)-RO-R_(2)O,探究了废液晶玻璃掺量及Na_(2)O含量对玻璃熔体高温黏度、高温电阻率和表面张力的影响和作用规律。研究结果表明:增加废液晶玻璃的掺入量会导致Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)和RO/SiO_(2)比值增大,降低SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)-RO-R_(2)O玻璃的高温黏度,增大高温电阻率和表面张力;增加Na_(2)O会显著降低玻璃的高温黏度、高温电阻率和表面张力。研究结果可为废液晶玻璃再生制备耐热硼硅玻璃提供生产工艺指导。By using waste liquid crystal glass as cullet,a new heat-resistant borosilicate glass SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)-RO-R_(2)O was prepared.The effects of the adding amout of waste liquid crystal glass cullet and the content of Na_(2)O on high temperature viscosity,high temperature resistivity and surface tension of the glass melt were studied.The results show that the increase of the content of waste liquid crystal glass cullet leads to an increase in the ratio of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) and RO/SiO_(2),which can reduce the high temperature viscosity,and increase the high temperature resistivity and surface tension.The increase of Na_(2)O can significantly reduce the high temperature viscosity,high temperature resistivity and surface tension of the glass melt.The results provide a necessary guidance of production process of heat-resistant borosilicate glass utilizing liquid crystal glass as cullet.
