摘　　要：针对日用搪瓷制品搪面釉后表面出现的直裂缺陷,进行了工序确认和缺陷形态微观分析,明晰了缺陷产生的机理,并提出了相关改进和预防措施。The micromorphology of vertical crack on the enamelware surface was analyzed. According to the analysis, we confirmed the detailed working procedure of this defect generation, as well as its causes and mechanism. Then the improvement and prevention measures were proposed to avoid vertical crack defect.
