摘　　要：目的:调查长沙市临床医生对脑卒中危险因素、症状识别、治疗方法等的知晓情况,为医院脑卒中的预防及治疗提供科学建议。方法:采用整群随机抽样法抽取长沙市三级医院的381例在职临床医生为调查对象,采取脑卒中相关知识调查问卷进行调查。结果:不同特征临床医生对脑卒中危险因素的总知晓率最高的分别为40~50岁年龄段、急诊科、副主任医师、工作年限为10~20年、培训过的医生;对脑卒中症状识别的总知晓率最高的分别为急诊科、主任医师、工作年限为10~20年;对脑卒中治疗方法的总知晓率女性高于男性,以上差异均有统计学意义。结论:临床医生对脑卒中少见危险因素、症状识别、治疗方法的知晓率较低,需继续加强相关科室等临床医生技能与理论的培训。Objective To investigate the awareness of clinicians in Changsha on stroke risk factors,symptom identification and treatment methods,so as to provide scientific suggestions for the prevention and treatment of stroke in the hospital.Methods 381 in-service clinicians in a hospital in Changsha were selected by cluster random sampling,and the stroke related knowledge questionnaire was used.Results The clinicians with different characteristics had the highest total awareness rate of stroke risk factors,which were 40~50 years old,emergency department,deputy chief physician,working years of 10~20 years and trained doctors;The highest overall awareness rate of stroke symptom recognition were emergency department,chief physician and working years of 10~20 years;The total awareness rate of stroke treatment in women was higher than that in men.Conclusion Clinicians have low awareness of rare risk factors,symptom recognition and treatment methods of stroke.It is necessary to continue to strengthen the skills and theory training of clinicians in relevant departments.
