听觉剥夺时间对成人语后聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后听觉言语康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析成人语后聋患者CI手术的影响因素,探讨听觉剥夺时间对CI术后成人语后聋患者言语功能康复的影响。方法:选取本院在2019年5月~2021年3月收治的行人工耳蜗植入术的成人语后聋患者76例,根据听觉剥夺时间将患者分为S组(<30年)与L组(≥30年),术后进行系统地言语康复训练,对比两组患者术后CAP得分与SIR得分。结果:S组和L组患者术后6个月的CAP得分,相比于术后3个月的CAP评分,差异有统计学意义;人工耳蜗植入术后3个月和6个月,S组与L组患者CAP得分的组间对比,差异均不明显,无统计学意义;S组患者术后6个月的SIR得分,与术后3个月相比,差异无统计学意义;L组患者术后6个月的SIR得分,与术后3个月相比,差异有统计学意义;人工耳蜗植入术后3个月和6个月,S组与L组患者SIR得分的组间对比,差异均不明显,无统计学意义。结论:成人语后聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后听觉言语康复效果良好;听觉剥夺时间对康复效果有一定影响,但影响不明显,听觉剥夺时间长的患者,依然可以通过人工耳蜗植入术改善听觉言语功能。Objective To analyze the effect of duration of hearing deprivation on auditory and speech rehabilitation in adult postspeech deafness patients after cochlear implantation.Selection Methods Our hospital in May 2019-March 2021 line after cochlear implantation of adult language deaf patients 76 cases,according to the auditory deprivation time divided the patients into group S (< 30 years) and L group (30 years or more),postoperative systematically speech rehabilitation training,compared two groups of patients with postoperative 3 months,6 months of CAP scores and SIR score.Results CAP scores of patients in the S group and L group at 6 months after surgery were significantly different from CAP scores at 3 months after surgery.At 3 months and 6 months after cochlear implantation,there was no significant difference in CAP scores between the S group and the L group.There was no statistical significance in SIR score of group S 6 months after surgery compared with 3 months after surgery.SIR score of L group at 6 months after surgery was significantly different from that at 3 months after surgery.At 3 months and 6 months after cochlear implantation,there was no significant difference in SIR scores between the S group and the L group.Conclusion The auditory and speech rehabilitation effect of adult postspeech deafness patients after cochlear implantation is good.The duration of hearing deprivation has a certain effect on the rehabilitation effect,but the effect is not obvious.Patients with long duration of hearing deprivation can still improve the hearing and speech function through cochlear implantation.
