“三全育人”理念下中医药学生西部就业价值观教育路径的探索——以北京中医药大学为例

摘　　要：目前国家大力推行西部就业计划,然而东西部就业仍存在较大差距,如何合理开展就业工作、引导就业理念成为高校面临的重要问题。为此,本研究着眼于医学院校教育在中医药学生就业观教育中的重要作用,由学院领导、专家对西部就业教育提出顶层设计;辅导员、就业专员与班主任合力加强日常熏陶;学院教师、学生家长、校友分享西部地区工作生活参与西部就业价值观培育,借助于多种形式,以“西部印象”为主题进行西部就业观全方位教育。结合不同时期认知能力特点,进行全学程西部就业价值观教育,建立一套以“三全育人”为教育理念的大学生西部就业观教育体系,承担社会责任与时代使命,树立正确的就业价值观,配合国家政策推进中医药学生西部就业。At present,the country has vigorously implemented the Western Employment Program,but there is still a big gap in the employment rate of the East and Western,how to reasonably carry out employment work,and guide employment concepts as an important issue facing universities.To this end,this study focuses on the important role of medical school education in the employment concept education of Chinese medicine students.The college leadership,experts propose top-level design for employment education in western parties;counselors,employment commissioners and class teacher to strengthen their daily infrastructure;college teachers,Parents,alumni sharing work life in western regions,participating in the cultivation of employment values in the western part,with a variety of forms,and the theme of "Western Impression" is all-round education.Combined with the characteristics of different cognitive ability,conduct a full-course employment value education,put forward a set of college students in the western employment concept of college students in the educational concept,undertake social responsibility and era mission,establish the correct employment values,Cooperate with national policies to promote the western employment of medical students.
