摘  要:本研究采用网络问卷调查的方式对大学生就业选择城市和单位的可能影响因素进行收集,并通过logistic模型分析其影响因素。回归模型显示成绩、家庭收入情况、工作与兴趣匹配度、消费水平、房价、就业压力等因素是大学生是否选择到一线城市就业的关键影响因素。在选择就业单位方面,重点研究影响大学生报考公务员的因素,主要有性别、生源地、发展前景、工作稳定性。为促进二三线城市发展,应该完善人才引进的相关政策并实施优惠政策来吸引外来企业。在就业单位选择中,应积极引导大学生树立正确就业观念,使其择业结果符合社会经济发展的需要。The possible influencing factors of college students’ employment choice in cities and employer were collected by network questionnaire,and the main influencing factors were analyzed by logistic model.The regression model shows that academic performance,family income,matching degree between work and interest,consumption level,housing price,employment pressure and other factors are the key influencing factors for college students to choose first-tier cities for employment.In the selection of employer for college students,the main factors that affect college students are gender,source of students,development prospects,and job stability.In order to promote the development of second-and third-tier cities,it is necessary to improve the policies related to talent introduction and implement preferential policies for enterprises to attract foreign enterprises.In the selection of employment units,college students should be actively guided to the concept of employment,so that their employment choice in line with economic development and social needs.
